Communication is a General phenomenon. The communication skill have become an inseparable part of Corporate and business world. Mastering oral language skills have improved more rewarding and fruitful in the business world. In business and routine life one needs to deal with peoples were, speaking proves to be the most handy, immediate and effective form of communication. In human life one Learns to speak first and then to write. Oral communication plays a vital role in maintaining good relations in families, between friends, individuals and organisation and almost everywhere. Now a days for every exam or job interview is must. So for getting ready for an interview there are various things which one should keep in mind.



Dos and Don't During an Interview

* Dos

1. Be physically, psychologically prepared.

2. Know about the company and the job applying for.

3. Prepare and practice for interview.

4. Wear formal and suitable cloths.

5. Arrive at the interview place at least 15 minutes before.

6. Prepare the resume carefully.

7. Be polite and courteous.

8. Have confidence.

9. Be cool and enthusiastic.

10. Bring extra copies of resume and other documents.

11. Greet the interviewers.

12. Keep a good eye contact with all interviewers.

13. Have control over body language and para language.

14. Listen the questions carefully.

15. Never answers too short or to long.

* Don'ts

1. Don't be nervous and pessimist.

2. Don't be aggressive.

3. Don't make negative remarks about earlier employer.

4. Don't memorize answers.

5. Don't be over or less dressed.

6. Don't sit until asked.

7. Don't make the sounds while sitting and getting out of the seat.

8. Don't ask about salary and other details at the beginning of an interview.
